How to apply for online courses
If you are applying for the first time
If you would like to sign up for a CCRS Online module please complete the application form and post it to us, please download a PDF application form To view and print the PDF file you will need to have Adobe Reader software installed on your computer which you can download free.
Course payments
Payment for modules is required before the course begins. The usual payment method is by cheque but for details about how to pay by bank draft please contact Ann Scott, Course Administrator (link below). Please download the payment form and send it to us with your payment.

Visitors to Ushaw College
Visitors to Ushaw College are always welcome on line and in person. Ushaw has a modern and fully equipped conference centre and runs many courses throughout the year.
